- Project Manager leading multi-disciplinary teams at dentsu. Responsible for project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management in complex IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Build & Manage multi-disciplinary teams ensuring quality deliverables in the definite time & budget.
- Implement effective governance model throughout the project lifecycle keeping the key stakeholders informed on the progress.
- Lead the project team, delivery of data, integration, software, and automation solutions throughout the project team.
- Build delivery plans, stakeholder management, vendor management, implementing communication tools, maintaining risk & status registers.
- Constantly pursue performance improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years total experience comprising a blend of Development, Project Management, Agile methodologies working in a complex matrixed, international and cross-cultural organisation
- Broad technical expertise combined with strong leadership and communication capabilities to drive innovation and change
- Experience in managing projects, project teams and delivering complex digital IT projects
- Working knowledge in implementing or managing projects for ERP’s/Platforms will be highly regarded (i.e. Oracle, SAP, Adobe Workfront.. etc.)
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence - always
- Exemplary stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Effective and appropriate communicator across stakeholder groups of varying levels
- Strong vendor management to drive better business outcomes for dentsu
- A proven ability to learn new products, develop functional knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment
- Ability to manage workload and time according to set deadlines in an Agile Fashion
- Ability to work under limited direction, in a professional manner
- Ability to operate effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Preferred - Certification in PMBOK or AGILE APMP or Equivalent
- Preferred - Exposure to Adobe Products Ecosystems like Workfront. Experience in managing ERP level or End to End system level deployments
