About the role
- Arc Product Champion managing the design system and delivering demos. Collaborating with stakeholders across EMEA to shape winning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary hands-on expert for the Arc design and token system.
- Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for our internal and external design communities.
- Directly drive the Merkle Arc roadmap by providing critical feedback to the product team.
- Deliver world-class, persuasive demos tailored to a client’s specific brand and use case.
- Lead technical engagements across EMEA, participating in discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution deep dives.
- Lead the technical response sections of RFPs and develop technical pitch materials, including architecture diagrams and value narratives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years (ideally 5+) of experience in UX/UI Design, Design Ops, UX Strategy, or Pre-Sales Consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and tokenization.
- Proven experience working with design systems, including maintaining components, managing design tokens, and driving adoption.
- Ability to deliver compelling demos with strong storytelling and showmanship.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CMOs).
- Deep understanding of component libraries and accessibility standards.
- Nice-to-Have: Background in digital agencies or enterprise platform implementations.
- Proven ability to prototype solutions quickly within custom demo environments.
