About the role

  • Senior Designer conceptualizing and executing visually compelling retail marketing solutions at Dentsu. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet client objectives and aesthetic standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptual Development: Generate innovative ideas and design concepts that align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and shopper marketing strategies.
  • Design Execution: Produce high-quality visual designs across retail, experiential, print, and digital platforms, including branding, point-of-sale materials, and omnichannel assets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and other creatives to integrate design elements into comprehensive shopper and retail campaigns.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in retail and shopper marketing, and apply them to elevate creative output.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in shopper marketing, retail display, or omnichannel campaigns.
  • Strong conceptual and executional design skills; ability to translate strategy into compelling visuals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., 3ds Max) is a plus.
