About the role

  • Hardware V&V Engineer responsible for writing V&V plans and conducting compliance testing for medical devices. Join DentalMonitoring, a pioneer in orthodontic treatment technologies, based in Paris.

Responsibilities

  • Define and write Verification and Validation (V&V) plans for new medical devices
  • Ensure traceability between requirements and test evidence
  • Be the guarantor of compliance with IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2 and the Radio Equipment Directive (RED)
  • Participate in risk analyses for electronics
  • Take part in design reviews to guide electronic architecture
  • Write test protocols and supervise their execution
  • Analyze failures and lead corrective actions
  • Write V&V reports and contribute to the technical documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Hardware V&V Engineer
  • Engineering degree in electronics or equivalent
  • Expertise in the IEC 60601 standard for medical electrical equipment
  • Strong expertise in electronic design (analog and digital)
  • Good knowledge of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) and radio equipment (RED)
  • Hands-on experience with verification and validation processes
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • Experience in the industrialization of connected devices
  • Rigor and attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
  • Minimum C1 level in English and C2 level in French
