Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated RTA and credit hire claims
Draft clear and compelling pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide practical legal advice
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Take ownership of files and financial performance, meeting targets
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to the growth and success of the department
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2+ years PQE
Strong working knowledge of RTA and credit hire litigation.
Experience handling Small, Fast, Intermediate and multi-track cases.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
