Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects across all modules
- Recognized leader with in-depth regional market knowledge
- Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing industries
- Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms
- Ability to engage client leadership and management on various issues
- Self-motivated individual with ability to chart route to success
- Situational leadership to engagement teams with coaching/mentorship skills
