- Project Manager leading SAP CO Module implementations at Deloitte. Drive business transformation and mentor engagement teams for effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Drive vision and blueprint for target state business and solution architecture.
- Take accountability for excellence in design and execution.
- Provide thought leadership and be recognized as the design authority in your functional and industry domains.
- Engage client leadership to understand their vision and transformation agenda.
- Lead the engagement team to assist client in achieving the same.
- Take ownership of execution excellence.
- Drive/ mentor engagement teams to deliver engagements.
- Build relationships with client leadership, and lead on-going business and account development activities.
- Lead pursuit teams focused on new opportunities, and lead major aspects of the proposal development process.
- Coach, lead and support delivery teams and staff.
- Provide input and actively participate in recruitment and retention activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, supported by relevant experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP implementation with at least 5 years in managerial level in leading projects focus CO Module.
- You will be a recognized leader and have in-depth regional market knowledge.
- Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in manufacturing industries.
- Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms.
- Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues.
- A self-motivated individual with ability to chart his/ her route to success.
- Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/ mentorship to team members.
- Value driven, inclusive individual committed to client service excellence.
- Willingness to work outside of office base and most of all.
- An appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel (both locally and abroad) is a pre-requisite to fit to our short-term and long-term project assignments.
