About the role

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for legal issues across sales, procurement, disputes, corporate governance and compliance.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents that protect the business.
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders - not just risks, but pragmatic solutions.
- Drive compliance with laws, internal policies and contractual obligations across the business.
- Maintain and refine Terms & Conditions, flag risk, and put mitigation in place.
- Manage and coordinate external lawyers when specialist input is needed.
- Support corporate governance and statutory legal obligations.
Requirements
- A German-qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in) with strong commercial experience in a corporate legal environment (contracts, compliance, corporate law).
- Excellent communicator - you explain legal issues without jargon and get buy-in.
- Comfortable working in an international team with a proactive, structured approach.
