About the role
- Credit Controller responsible for timely collection of overdue debts at Flogas. Utilizing negotiation skills to maintain customer satisfaction while reducing overdue debts from accounts.
Responsibilities
- Reduction of overdue debts via a portfolio of customer accounts, to agreed targets
- Responsible for releasing orders in line with credit policy.
- Responsible for placing customers on stop where necessary and removal of stops as required
- Reviewing credit limits and applying for increased limits
- Processing payments on customers’ accounts.
- Reviewing and setting up customer Direct Debits
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of debt collection including a variety of techniques.
- Able to negotiate with customers to bring a satisfactory outcome to all parties in difficult circumstances.
- Strong time management skills.
- Can demonstrate a drive to deliver results.
