About the role

- Independent preparation of annual financial statements
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to accounting staff
- Analysis and improvement of digital accounting processes

- Active, interactive collaboration with our clients on annual financial statements (on-site and remote)
Requirements
- Successfully completed qualification as a Steuerfachwirt (certified tax specialist) (m/f/d) or extensive, multi-year experience as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte) (m/f/d)
- At least 5 years' professional experience in accounting and preparation of annual financial statements
- Excellent knowledge of DATEV
- Very good knowledge of digital accounting processes
- Strong advisory skills and enthusiasm for knowledge transfer
- Experience in project management
- Coaching mentality with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
