About the role
- Analyst supporting clinical transformation initiatives within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care. Engaging with stakeholders to strengthen practice partnerships and enhance clinical outcomes with data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assists in development, pilot, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen practice partnerships and associated clinical outcomes with Manager support.
- Uses a professional presentation style to communicate and creates effective visuals to convey data and/or information in an easily digestible manner with clear takeaways
- Works collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities
- Assists in the creation and management of datasets, reporting, and/or results to convey targeted messages for a variety of audiences. Includes quantitative and qualitative research.
- Participates in special projects outside of the day-to-day scope of responsibility
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 1-2 years of relevant business analyst experience (required)
- 1-2 years of project management experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (required)
- Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an innate desire to learn (required)
- Comfortability with large data sets and building reports
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (required)
- Able to read and write complex formulas in Excel (required)
- Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance (preferred)
- Demonstrated Project Management experience, including ability to work on multiple projects concurrently (preferred)
