- You advise users on selecting and using devices and troubleshoot application and system issues.
- You create system documentation and conduct user training.
- You acquire important commercial (business) knowledge.
- Our training program will prepare you for the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) final examinations.
Requirements
- (Fach-)Abitur or completion of the two-year higher vocational school with a focus on Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Strong interest in technical systems and computer science
