Responsibilities
- Full administration and management of the Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure
- Deployment, configuration and operational maintenance of AVD environments
- Tier 3 support: resolution of complex AVD incidents
- Active Directory hardening: implementation and maintenance of security best practices
- GPO management: creation, modification and deployment of group policies
- PKI infrastructure and certificate management
- Incident and request management (ITSM)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a challenging/fast-paced environment
- Experience working with large enterprise clients
- Conversational level of English
- Rigorous, adaptable, proactive and comfortable with written communication
