Responsibilities
- Act as a partner to clients in the implementation, operation, and further development of maintenance processes
- Analyze the current situation at our clients
- Identify optimization potential and develop actionable recommendations
- Define solution concepts and implement them together with the client
- Transfer knowledge and provide technical support to team and project members
- Support the pre-sales team through presentations, workshops, and training
Requirements
- Several years of experience in process, organizational, and implementation consulting, or
- Experience as a maintenance technician/engineer with knowledge of SAP PM/EAM
- Interest in maintenance and repair processes
- Interest in workforce management
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
- High degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
- Team player with a goal-oriented approach
- German at a minimum C1 level
- Good English skills
