About the role
- IT Consultant managing Microsoft Endpoint Management and optimizing client infrastructures with a focus on Endpoint Management solutions. Role includes project participation and client advising on device rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Support our clients in the area of Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Setup, operation, administration and optimization of infrastructures for Endpoint Management
- Advise and support our clients in planning and executing device rollouts
- Active participation in projects and taking responsibility for sub-projects
- Software management including packaging, lifecycle management and assignment
Requirements
- Completed IT training or equivalent professional experience
- Solid know-how in Endpoint Management
- Experience in the operational administration of IT infrastructures, including incident, change and release management
- Strong knowledge in at least one of the following technologies: Microsoft Intune, MECM / SCCM, BlackBerry UEM
- Ideally experience with related technologies such as Entra ID, M365, Autopilot or Apple Business Manager
- Experience with at least one of the following operating systems in the context of Endpoint Management: Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, Android
- Ideally skills in software packaging and distribution
- Preferably certifications in the mentioned technologies
- Self-motivation, consistent execution and analytical thinking
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- SÜ1 or SÜ2 clearance is an advantage
