About the role

  • Junior IT Service Manager at DATAGROUP coordinating client services and internal delivery teams. Engaging with clients, monitoring performance, and optimizing ITIL processes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • You act as a link between our clients and our delivery teams (servers, network, Active Directory, clients, service desk, SAP AMS, cloud, etc.)
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the contractual service commitments to these clients are met
  • From the proposal process, through project phases, to operational services: you coordinate all client requirements and manage the involved internal and external units
  • You also monitor the client's SLAs and KPIs and prepare reporting and analyses
  • You define and optimize ITIL processes and align them with the clients
  • You also manage escalation procedures for the services you are responsible for

Requirements

  • You hold a degree (e.g., in business informatics) or have completed vocational training in IT
  • You are enthusiastic about the IT world, follow the latest developments and trends, and ideally have basic technical knowledge of IT infrastructures
  • You enjoy building and maintaining client relationships and demonstrate an open, communicative, and confident manner
  • You are willing to take on responsible tasks and possess strong organizational skills
  • Even in stressful situations and escalations, you remain calm and keep the resolution of the issue in the client's best interest in view
  • Very good German skills (level C1) and good English skills (level B2) complete your profile.
