About the role

  • IT Helpdesk employee for banking applications in a supportive IT role. Assisting users in a Windows network and ensuring smooth banking operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support focusing on banking-specific applications
  • User support in a Windows-based network with Citrix infrastructure, Active Directory, and current Microsoft Office packages
  • Receiving, analyzing, prioritizing and classifying incoming incidents from hardware and software
  • Providing first-line resolutions through remote support
  • Advising and instructing users on the respective system / new laptop / mobile phone
  • Creating documentation and maintaining databases
  • Documenting and further developing our service processes

Requirements

  • Vocational training in IT or a commercial/business qualification
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Very good command of German, both written and spoken (C1 level)
