Responsibilities
- Design, code, test and install applications across multiple platforms, ensuring they meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain .NET applications (C#) and integrate Azure B2C for identity and access management.
- Containerized deployments and orchestration using Kubernetes and OpenShift; contribute to deployment and release processes.
- Collaborate with domain teams to resolve defects, gaps and ambiguities in design, and ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
- Create and maintain system documentation, technical design, and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Monitor performance and availability of systems; participate in performance tuning and optimization.
- Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, test automation and release management; support QA in issue identification and resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members; communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure high-quality code, maintainability, and clear, well-documented solutions.
- Adhere to safety, standards and best practices; demonstrate proactive planning and problem-solving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in programming and applications design.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#) and modern .NET development practices.
- Practical experience with Azure B2C for identity and access management.
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and writing efficient SQL.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD, automation, version control); familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities; strong analytical and coding skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work effectively in large, collaborative teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Willingness to work on-site with the Auckland client and engage in on-site delivery.
