About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the electrical design, sizing and specification of the electrical components of our systems
- Design of control systems (hardware, sensors) for our equipment
- Collaboration with mechanical design, software development and R&D departments
- Independently manage design tasks in accordance with product strategy
- Prepare expert proposals and initiate consultations for required engineering related to system technology and product maintenance
- Organize and implement prototype designs
- Produce design documentation
- Prepare, review and release manufacturing documents
- Support the preparation of documentation and company publications
- Assist with type and production testing of products
- Provide design-side production support
Requirements
- Completed degree or completed vocational training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Mechatronics
- Practical experience in electrical engineering
- Advanced knowledge of relevant E-CAD systems; EPLAN experience desirable
- Experience with ERP systems desirable
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Team player
