Responsibilities
Start with local onboarding followed by two weeks in Denmark to get a full introduction to our business, products, and ways of working.
Learn how we sell – including tools, value selling, and customer influence.
Shadow experienced colleagues in the field.
Rotate through key sales and support functions.
Gradually take responsibility for your own customers or technical projects.
Work with both local and global mentors, with career coaching throughout.
By the end of the program, you’ll transition into a full-time role in either sales or application engineering, depending on your strengths and ambitions.
Requirements
Technically minded profiles – You might be an engineer, technician, or someone with hands-on technical understanding (maritime, mechanical, or similar).
Commercial profiles – You may have a degree in business, customer service experience, or early exposure to sales. What matters most is your curiosity, energy, and engagement.
