Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working within engineering teams (backend, frontend, or full stack).
- 3+ years of experience designing or architecting systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Hands-on understanding of Generative AI and practical experience implementing real AI-based resources or tools.
- Strong technical foundation in backend systems, DevOps, data, and frontend fundamentals.
- Experience building or integrating automation platforms, internal tools, or intelligent workflows.
- Excellent ability to bridge technical and product perspectives, influencing roadmaps through data and insight.
- Comfort with ambiguity and speed — thrives in small teams that move fast and adapt quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset across engineering, product, and business.
