- Forecast revenue and resource needs, proactively identify risks and impediments, and implement effective mitigation plans
- Lead and unite internal teams and client-side stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managed expectations
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, standardizing best practices, and evolving delivery methodologies
- Support commercial objectives by providing accurate project performance insight and identifying opportunities for additional services
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex fixed-price projects
- Proven experience in scope management, change control, and project profitability
- Strong experience implementing SaaS GxP and non‑GxP solutions for BioPharma, CRO, or CDMO clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical and functional project teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including with executive-level stakeholders
- Project management certification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent
