Responsibilities

- Implement changes and upgrades in customer networks.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience.
- Proven experience implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN and security solutions.
- Knowledge of SDN (Cisco Catalyst Center, SD-Access) desirable.
- Ideally Cisco certifications (CCNP Enterprise, Wireless or equivalent or higher).
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Independent and structured working style, and ability to work in a team.
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
- ITIL knowledge and certification desirable.
- Customer orientation and strong communication skills for direct client contact.
