Responsibilities
- Manage and operationalize receivables-advance processes for suppliers and sellers;
- Act as the interface with suppliers and partners, clarifying terms, flows, and opportunities related to financial services;
- Conduct negotiations and alignments with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring agility and accuracy in discussions;
- Monitor KPIs, results, and the performance of the financial operations under your responsibility;
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions that increase efficiency and scalability;
- Work closely with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Product, and Marketplace teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution;
- Support the development and evolution of financial initiatives and products aimed at the suppliers and sellers ecosystem.
Requirements
- Previous experience in financial operations for receivables advances, especially focused on suppliers;
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, and/or digital businesses;
- Knowledge of financial routines and flows related to accounts payable, receivables, and financial services;
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen;
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in dynamic environments;
- Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and negotiation ability.
