About the role

  • Sales Appointment Coordinator at D1 Training, an athletic-based fitness franchise. Driving appointment setting and building relationships with clients to promote memberships.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments
  • Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations
  • Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
  • Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
  • Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals
  • Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
  • Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
  • Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through
  • Positive attitude and coachable mindset
  • Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
