Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with finance teams to understand their processes and needs.
  • Maintain and improve data models used for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure tools can handle large data sets efficiently.
  • Create better system connections to reduce duplicate data.
  • Improve data accuracy and quality.
  • Own and support finance systems, working with business partners and IT to solve problems.
  • Lead agile development efforts and adjust as business needs change.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in finance or in IT supporting finance teams
  • 3+ years of technical experience with databases, SQL, and data validation
  • Familiarity with modern databases
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and collaborating across teams
