Responsibilities
Develop and execute AI strategies to optimize operations and enhance the overall performance of CVS Specialty Pharmacy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement AI solutions that streamline processes and drive cost savings
Conduct thorough analysis of business operations, identifying opportunities for AI integration and automation
Provide strategic guidance and consulting expertise to senior leadership, highlighting the potential impact of AI on business outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI technologies, evaluating their potential application within the pharmacy operations
Lead and manage a team of AI professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Requirements
7-10 years of experience leading complex IT projects, including stakeholder management, executive reporting, and budgeting
Expertise in leveraging technology to transform work processes
Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation
Proven leadership and mentoring skills
Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
Strong knowledge of advanced analytic tools and languages to analyze large datasets and data sources
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, analytics, economics, engineering or related discipline
Master’s or PhD preferred
