Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience leading complex IT projects, including stakeholder management, executive reporting, and budgeting
- Expertise in leveraging technology to transform work processes
- Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
- Strong knowledge of advanced analytic tools and languages to analyze large datasets and data sources
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, analytics, economics, engineering or related discipline
- Master’s or PhD preferred
