About the role
- Graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship providing training for social workers in healthcare for older adults. Focusing on evidence-based interventions in a collaborative care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide necessary skills and learning to become a confident clinician
- Engage in building knowledge of evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications
- Participate in clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker
- Work at Oak Street for 24 months following the completion of the fellowship
Requirements

- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program.
