About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of CVP’s financial reporting and analytics platforms
- Develop an integrated financial statement model connecting the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow to support scenario analysis and management decisions.
- Oversee the development of short- and long-term forecasts, annual operating plans, and business reviews.
- Analyze hospital-level and regional profitability trends, identifying key drivers and recommending strategies to maximize growth and margin performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, including M&A opportunities, capital investments, and operational performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to review key performance indicators (KPIs), assess financial implications, and align business objectives with financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required
- 8+ years of progressive Finance or FP&A experience in a multi-unit or healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading financial planning and reporting processes for a complex organization.
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems such as Adaptive, Hyperion, or comparable tools; experience with Power BI or similar visualization platforms strongly preferred.
