About the role
- EIC Intern contributing to office renovation and workplace fit-out projects at Cushman & Wakefield in Vietnam. Collaborating with project teams for design and delivery of projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the project team in planning and delivering interior design and fit-out projects
- Track design, procurement and construction timelines across multiple workstreams
- Take minutes in design, consultant and contractor meetings and follow up on action items
- Coordinate with Design, IT, Workplace, Marketing and Operations to integrate all space requirements
- Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and risks
- Provide general project support to ensure workplace projects are delivered smoothly
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction or related field
- Able to provide a University Introduction Letter, Student Confirmation Letter or Student ID
- Seeking an internship as part of academic requirements
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Foundational knowledge of Project Management Methodologies would have an added advantage
