About the role
- QA Engineer at Currenxie responsible for Quality Assurance assessments and managing QA tasks within software development cycle for web and mobile apps.
Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for delivering Quality Assurance assessments and periodic checking on company web and mobile applications
- Plan, develop, implement and manage the QA tasks within software development cycle
- Participate in requirements review and write test cases in detail
- Report defects/issues with details steps
- Support production issues to identify root causes
- Quick response to adhoc tasks assigned by Business
- Prepare regression reports with detailed findings / bug report and test reference
- Provide feedback and communicate with associates on improvement strategies and solutions
- Work closely with Quality Assurance lead to ensure the coverage of testing
Requirements
- 3+ years in relevant quality assurance experience
- Experience in automation (nice to have, but at least not afraid of coding)
- Manual testing exposure for web & mobile applications
- Good understanding on software development cycle on both Mobile and Web
- Good understanding on agile methodologies and working experience in agile environment
- Ability to work autonomously with a high level of initiative, strong organisational skills and ability to perform multi-tasking
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good in spoken and written English is a must.
