About the role
- Lead Communications Business Partner focusing on executive communications strategy for TruStage's goals. Collaborate with executives and HR to deliver consistent messaging in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and measure effectiveness of communications strategies and plans for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure that all communications at the business unit level reflect business unit and enterprise goals.
- Develop comprehensive communications plans for assigned executive(s).
- Write executive's speaking points and materials for participation in enterprise and industry events.
- Partner with HR to deliver consistent messages on the TruStage employment brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or equivalent work experience.
- 12+ years of related experience.
- Experience in agency, corporate or highly regulated industry sector preferred
- 7+ years’ experience working in a senior communications role.
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated credibility, maturity and ability to provide strategic counsel, coaching and support to executives and senior business leaders.
- Strong project planning, implementation, and measurement experience.
- Ability to handle complex, highly sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
