Obtains input from stakeholders such as technical managers, project leaders, and other engineering teams to deliver quality product decisions.
Applies processes like Engineering Standard Work (ESW) and tools required to support the processes and enable high-quality decision-making.
Provides independent leadership of smaller business impact projects and executes established work processes while developing technology or product knowledge.
Coordinates and directs work among technicians and assists in transferring knowledge to lesser experienced engineers.
Requirements
Proficient in the design, structural design, technical indicators and development of E-axle electric shifting systems.
Proficient in the design of related parts of shift mechanisms (such as shift forks, shift fingers, shift shafts, rocker arm mechanisms, dog tooth synchronizers, linear bearings, bushings, etc.).
Proficient in the design and strength calculation and verification of involute splines, rectangular splines, bolts, pins and other connecting components.
Proficient in analyzing the signals related to the operation of electric shift mechanisms using INCA or CANape software, identifying problems in the electric shift system and proposing optimization strategies.
Familiar with the electric shift control strategy of E-axles, capable of accurately proposing the requirements of the electric shift control software system, and able to well coordinate and connect the mechanical and control software.
Proficient in the design of shift systems and the analysis of quality issues, as well as the use of related quality issue analysis tools.
Proficient in the testing and verification of gear shifting systems, familiar with relevant testing standards and industry standards, capable of effectively planning the testing and verification norms for gear shifting systems and establishing enterprise standard norms.
Proficient in basic skills such as GD&T, dimensional tolerance stack analysis, SPC, and FMEA.
Proficient in using software such as CREO, KISSsoft, ROMAX, INCA, and CANape.
Be familiar with the structure of the electric drive axle assembly, gear shafts, bearings, differentials and other subsystems.
Bachelor's degree or above, at least 7 years of working experience, CET-4 or above, and having good English communication skills.
