GTM Engineer driving outbound pipeline generation for Cube's cloud-based FP&A platform. Focusing on automating systems and improving efficiency across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain end-to-end outbound pipeline systems from ICP definition and account selection through enrichment, sequencing, and attribution
Create account and contact prioritization models using firmographic, technographic, intent, and behavioral signals
Automate routing, territories, and book-of-business management to support scale
Eliminate manual work from SDR and AE workflows through automation and internal tooling
Improve funnel throughput by reducing time to first touch, time in stage, and handoff friction across SDR, AE, and CS
Identify and resolve bottlenecks using data, tooling, and systems design
Implement AI-driven workflows for outbound personalization, research, prioritization, and opportunity prep
Own administration, configuration, and optimization of core GTM tools, including Salesforce
Define source-of-truth metrics and build dashboards that surface pipeline creation, velocity, and productivity
Requirements
3–7+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, Growth, or a related role
Proven experience building outbound pipeline systems at scale
Strong GTM tooling experience with Salesforce as a core requirement
Ability to write SQL, Python, or JavaScript
Deep understanding of SDR, AE, and full-funnel dynamics
Operator mindset with a strong bias toward automation and measurable impact
