Requirements
- **Experience:** 5+ years of professional backend development experience.
- **Python & ****Node.js**** Mastery:** Expert-level hands-on Python & Node.js skills are mandatory.
- **API Frameworks:** Deep experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for building production-ready services.
- **Database Expertise:** Solid command of relational database concepts, expert SQL querying skills, and experience with performance tuning.
- **Automation Background:** Significant experience contributing to or leading large-scale automation projects (e.g., automated financial reporting, bulk data processing, or enterprise-wide workflow orchestration).
- **Domain Knowledge:** Practical experience in the backend requirements for payment reconciliation and KYC compliance.
- Proficient in speaking English and experienced in collaboration with global teams.
