- Significant experience contributing to or leading large-scale automation projects (e.g., automated financial reporting, bulk data processing, or enterprise-wide workflow orchestration).
- Practical experience in the backend requirements for payment reconciliation and KYC compliance.
- Proficient in speaking English and experienced in collaboration with global teams.
