About the role

  • Customer Specialist providing support to French-speaking users of a famous social platform in Greece. Role includes assisting with account issues and technical problems via various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist French-speaking users by phone, email and chat
  • Provide fast, accurate solutions with a friendly, empathetic approach
  • Help users resolve technical or account-related issues
  • Update and manage information in internal systems
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an optimal user experience

Requirements

  • French (C2 or higher / native-level proficiency)
  • English (minimum B2)
