- Analyse business needs and formalize functional requirements
- Model and optimize business processes (BPMN)
- Describe user requirements, user stories, and use cases
- Contribute to the drafting of key documents: business cases, business glossary, vision, impact analyses, etc.
- Collaborate actively with development teams to ensure the correct implementation of requirements
- Participate in technical meetings, user workshops, sprint reviews, and working groups
- Support project managers in applying SCRUM / Agile methodologies and in monitoring delivered quality
- Contribute to the integration of various information systems, particularly in the financial and accounting domains
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Strong knowledge of information systems and business processes
- Proficiency in modelling tools and techniques (UML, BPMN)
- Solid experience in writing requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases
- Knowledge of the IT solution lifecycle and methodologies such as PM², PM² Agile or Scrum
- Experience in functional analysis and systems integration
- Knowledge in SPARX Enterprise Architect or ARIS is an asset
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira or Confluence is required
