About the role

  • Procurement and Accounting Professional at Stadler Digital Labs managing procurement processes and providing accounting support. Collaborating with finance teams and internal stakeholders for efficient purchasing and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full procurement cycle, contract analysis, supplier sourcing, request for quotations, negotiation, purchase order creation, and delivery follow‑up.
  • Evaluate and compare proposals to ensure optimal cost, quality, and service levels
  • Maintain and update preferred supplier lists, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient purchasing.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approval workflows NDAs and Coc.
  • Assist with invoice verification, matching purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Support the month‑end closing process by preparing documentation related to purchases, accruals, and cost allocations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and support the finance team with administrative accounting tasks.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely posting of supplier invoices and proper cost classification.
  • Provide general support to the finance team.

Requirements

  • Procurement Manage the full procurement cycle, contract analysis, supplier sourcing, request for quotations, negotiation, purchase order creation, and delivery follow‑up.
  • Evaluate and compare proposals to ensure optimal cost, quality, and service levels
  • Maintain and update preferred supplier lists, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient purchasing.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and approval workflows NDAs and Coc.
  • English language capabilities such that communication is not a burden and new places are something trill to explore.
  • Accounting support Assist with invoice verification, matching purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies with suppliers.
