- Strong willingness to learn, good communication skills, and teamwork orientation
- Excellent English skills – spoken and written
- Strong PostgreSQL or ClickHouse experience (considered a plus)
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems, or Manufacturing processes (considered a plus)
