Responsibilities
- Implement the enterprise architecture into the application architecture in coordination with other architecture stakeholders (Enterprise Architect, Data Architect)
- Document the application architecture
- Define development and ensure quality standards
- Develop prototypes / MVPs
- Design and develop solution concepts
- Introduce innovative approaches to improve the development process
- Train and support development teams
- Support the creation of business requirements
- Communicate the application architecture to other areas of the bank (business units, executive board)
Requirements
- Completed IT-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics) with relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a development environment as well as in the conception and design of complex software solutions
- Strong experience in defining, documenting, and implementing architectural decisions
- Highly developed analytical and conceptual thinking skills and excellent communication style
- High quality and sense of responsibility, and very good team working skills
- Strong willingness to learn and a keen interest in new innovations
- Business-fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
