Responsibilities
Further development, management and technical responsibility for the IT Security Program of Creditplus Bank AG
Strategic planning and design of IT security architecture and infrastructure
Conducting security audits and penetration tests and deriving technical and organizational measures
IT security incident management and active vulnerability management
Creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of security policies, procedures and controls
Advising IT architecture, software development and projects on all security‑relevant issues
Proactive involvement in IT risk management and close collaboration with (senior) IT management
Monitoring and management of relevant external service providers
Supporting the IT infrastructure team with administrative tasks (within the scope of your seniority and focus areas)
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science or a comparable technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
Several years of professional experience in operational IT security management
Solid knowledge in core security areas such as network/communication security, endpoint security and server security
Strong experience with relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 270xx, BSI IT‑Grundschutz, DORA, NIST)
Know‑how in building and further developing information security management systems
Ability to interpret best‑practice approaches and translate them into technical and organizational requirements
Business‑fluent German and English
