Responsibilities
Planning, development, management, execution, monitoring and optimization of direct marketing activities (email and print)
Optimization of performance marketing to improve conversions and customer journeys
Monitoring campaign performance
Preparing reports and deriving optimization recommendations
Responsibility for production of marketing and advertising materials
Contribution to the planning and control of the marketing budget
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree with a marketing-related focus (additional training in digital marketing desirable)
Several years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C environment with a focus on campaign management
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Manager desirable
Proficient handling of direct marketing measures (print, email)
Independent, structured, proactive and reliable working style
Experience in designing, executing and analyzing integrated B2C campaigns
Very good MS Office skills
Excellent German skills and very good English skills
