- Maintain the quality of the real estate portfolio
- Ensure a high level of service for tenants
- Manage the security of assets and occupants
- Technical management and coordination of works for a portfolio of tertiary assets (office buildings)
- Collaborate with Property Managers and Tenant Relations & Property Management teams
- Prepare operating budgets and building maintenance/work plans
- Actively contribute to asset decarbonization and lead energy performance management
Requirements
- Master's-level degree (Bac+5) in Building/Civil Engineering, General Engineering, or a university qualification in property maintenance
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a real estate company, technical consultancy/control office, or construction company
- Strong knowledge of construction and budget monitoring (operational works)
- Proven ability to manage technical operations of tertiary buildings (operations)
- Experience in overseeing property works/projects
- Knowledge of applicable regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with and adapt to a variety of stakeholders
- Negotiation skills
