About the role
- Technical Property Manager taking full technical responsibility for a landmark mixed-use property at Alexanderplatz. Driving modernization and sustainable value development within a prominent environment.
Responsibilities
- Overall technical responsibility for the property
- Ensuring smooth technical operations, including operator responsibilities
- Management, quality assurance and development of FM service providers
- Planning and implementation of refurbishment and modernization projects
- Overseeing construction works and technical optimizations
- Project and stakeholder management
- Central point of contact between tenants, service providers and internal departments
- Monitoring schedules, budgets and quality standards
- Technical reporting and preservation of asset value
- Monitoring technical KPIs, energy consumption and maintenance strategies
- Continuous development of the property in line with the asset strategy
- Warranty and defect management
- Documentation, follow-up and consistent resolution of defects
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training or university degree (e.g., civil engineering, building services engineering (TGA), real estate management) or demonstrable professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical property management, construction or interior fit-out, or comparable proven experience
- Good knowledge of technical trades, construction processes and FM management
- Confident handling of budgets, construction processes and contractor/vendor management
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured approach to work
- Enthusiasm for long-term management and further development of a demanding property
