About the role
- Real Estate Manager overseeing property management in the hotel sector at Covivio. Managing contracts, communication with stakeholders, and special projects with a focus on asset management.
Responsibilities
- Property management: Responsible for special-purpose properties with a focus on the hotel sector
- Lease and contract management: Ongoing administration, amendments, and support in negotiations for lease, purchase, and neighbor agreements
- Interface & communication: Primary contact for tenants, specialist departments, asset management and external service providers (e.g., lawyers, consultants)
- Project and special assignments: Participation in special projects (e.g., sales, digitalization/move to cloud) and preparation of presentations and data rooms
- Reporting & owner representation: Preparation of reports for asset management, monitoring insurance certificates, and representing owner interests
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, law, or a related field
- Professional experience in the hotel sector or with special-purpose buildings is an advantage
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office skills; SAP experience desirable
- Driving licence class B (car)
- Confident manner, strong team skills, motivated and resilient
- Willingness to travel, especially within Germany and to Paris
