About the role
- Project engineer coordinating and implementing modernization projects for real estate at Covivio. Collaborating with various internal teams and ensuring budget adherence in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of maintenance and modernization projects for pre-sale property preparations
- Coordination and assurance of relevant construction and trade processes in close cooperation with other internal departments, construction and craft companies, and purchasers
- Responsibility for scheduling and adherence to budget requirements in the above processes, up to and including warranty claim follow-up
- Preparation of project reports as well as monitoring and documenting acceptance/hand-over processes to ensure quality and contractual compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or qualification as a construction technician or master craftsman in the construction trade (m/f/d)
- Experience in managing, supervising and executing modernization measures on existing properties, or knowledge of the residential/property management sector is an advantage
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with SAP and RIB/iTWO is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (very good German; good English is a plus) and a confident manner
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
