Responsibilities
Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
Design, develop, and implement robust system solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
Create comprehensive business and technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Perform data analysis, query writing, and report development to support decision-making.
Lead and mentor other analysts, manage projects, and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build consensus on solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
BS Degree or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Listing Data Checker or other compliance or rules based products
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry is a plus
