About the role
- Business Systems Analyst responsible for optimizing systems and processes in the property industry. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement robust system solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- Create comprehensive business and technical documentation, including functional specifications, system design documents, and test plans.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of systems solutions and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
- Perform data analysis, query writing, and report development to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor other analysts, manage projects, and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build consensus on solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
- BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Listing Data Checker or other compliance or rules based products
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies
- Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry is a plus
