Responsibilities
- Deliver engineering solutions at programme level from initial definition of need
- Lead a team of Design Managers and Discipline Design engineers
- Develop water technical solutions from initial need through optioneering
- Ensure design solutions meet programme requirements
- Monitor performance against the budget and manage design changes
- Prepare monthly project status reports
- Participate in external networking and stay current on industry changes
Requirements
- Experience of technical project delivery in a design-build environment
- Experience in the Water Treatment Industry
- Experience in leading and managing multi-disciplinary design teams
- Degree in an engineering-related discipline
- Must be delivery-driven with ability to set targets
- Strong technical and management skills
- Able to identify and manage project/programme risk
- Able to identify and manage changes to project scope
