About the role

  • Health, Safety & Wellbeing Administrator in Peterborough contributing to a major pipeline project. Providing administrative support and ensuring effective communication across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key processes such as meeting coordination, document control, and onboarding logistics
  • Track actions and deliverables to ensure timely completion
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with all team members in the HSW Team
  • Support the execution of HSW projects and initiatives
  • Maintain records of HSW documentation and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification or working towards
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in a health and safety support/coordinator role
  • Working knowledge of Construction/Infrastructure industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic operational environments
  • Experience in coordinating projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Data analysis skills, including Excel
  • Document production and formatting skills
